These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Votarr service ("Votarr"), operated by Votarr Limited ("Votarr Ltd"). By accessing or using Votarr, you (the “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
Votarr helps you find the best of everything that you are interested in, love and need. In order to do that, Votarr show you listings Votarr believe will be relevant, of interest and personal to you based on your onsite and offsite activity. In order to aid in providing the Votarr service, Votarr need to be able to pin-point your interests. Votarr is customised to you. Votarr need to know what you like to make everything on Votarr relevant to you. A select amount of the listings Votarr display to you are promoted by advertisers. Votarr will try to ensure any promoted content is of interest to you. Sponsored or promoted content will be clearly marked as “Sponsored content”. You may also post content. Anything that you post or otherwise make available on Votarr is referred to as "User Content".
By accessing or continuing to use the Votarr service you are agreeing to adhere to and be bound by these Terms.
Votarr allows you to post content including photos, videos, comments, links and other materials. You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for the User Content you post to Votarr.
In uploading User Content, you confirm you own the rights to or have permission from the User Content’s owner to upload that User Content. You can only use Votarr’s intellectual property and trademarks or similar marks as expressly permitted with Votarr’s prior written permission. Votarr retain all rights to Votarr’s content for example but not limited to; images, designs, videos, or sounds Votarr provide.
Votarr have provided the User with the ability to remove any listing containing their User Content that the User has created and uploaded onto the Votarr service. Unfortunately, Users may post undesirable User Content on services like Votarr. If a User sees any undesirable User Content on Votarr, please report it to Votarr at contact@Votarr.com.
The User Content the User posts on Votarr belongs to the User, however Votarr reserve the right to remove any material deemed as undesirable, harmful, unlawful or promoting hatred. The User is solely responsible for their own User Content published and are also responsible for any arising consequences of posting or publishing this User Content. Votarr takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content on Votarr.
If the User chooses to post User Content, the User gives Votarr permission to use it to provide and improve Votarr. Copies of User Content shared with Votarr may remain even after the User has deleted the User Content from their account.
The User must obtain written permission from Votarr or under an open-source license to modify, create derivative works of, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from Votarr.
Intellectual Property of Votarr and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Votarr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Votarr care about the security of its Users. While Votarr work to protect the security of User Content and accounts, Votarr cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat Votarr’s security measures. Votarr ask that the User keep their password secure. Please notify Votarr immediately of any compromise or unauthorised use of a User’s account.
Votarr may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, services, special offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by Votarr. Votarr do not endorse or assume any responsibility or control for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products or services or purchases made via the Votarr service that are not owned or managed by Votarr. If the User accesses or makes a purchase from any third-party websites, services or content via Votarr, they do so at their own risk and agree Votarr has no liability arising from their use of or access to any third-party websites, services or content.
If Votarr is used for commercial purposes (i.e. not as a consumer) without asking Votarr, the User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Votarr Ltd, their affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, suits, proceedings, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees (including costs of defence of claims, suits or proceedings brought by third parties), in any way related to your access to or use of the Votarr service, your User Content or your breach of any of these Terms.
Votarr takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content that a User or any other person or third-party posts or sends using the Votarr service. The User understands and agrees that they may be exposed to User Content that is inaccurate, objectionable, inappropriate for children or otherwise unsuited to their purpose. Votarr will not be liable for any damages that arise directly or indirectly from the use of the Votarr website, services or content and will not be held liable for any damages, death or personal injury caused by any Votarr negligence or wilful misconduct.
Votarr reserve the right to determine the form and means of providing the User with notifications and the User agrees to receive notices electronically if required. Votarr may revise these Terms from time to time; the most current version will always be posted on the Votarr website. By continuing to access or use Votarr once revisions have become effective, the User agrees to be bound by the new Terms. If the User does not agree to the new Terms, they must stop using Votarr.
Votarr may terminate or suspend a User’s right to access or use Votarr for any reason without notice. Votarr may terminate or suspend access immediately and without notice if Votarr have good reason, including any breach of Votarr’s Terms without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation. Upon termination, the User will continue to be bound by these Terms. Votarr reserve the right to refuse Votarr’s service to anyone.
These Terms, together with any amendments and additional agreements the User may enter into with Votarr, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Votarr concerning the Votarr service. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

Votarr values hearing from its Users and are always interested in learning about ways to make Votarr better via contact@Votarr.com. If a User chooses to submit comments, ideas or feedback, the User agrees Votarr are free to use them without any restriction or compensation to the User. By accepting a User’s submission, Votarr does not waive any rights to use similar or related feedback previously known to Votarr, or developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than the User. Votarr will use suggestions to improve its service.
